1.Overview and use

The glass and plastic bottle filling and capping machine mainly uses a double-head peristaltic pump filling machine on the conveying line to fill the bottle with liquid. The bottle filled with liquid enters the rotary disk through the conveying line for intermittent movement, artificially inserting the inner plug, automatic inner plug, manual upper cover, automatic screw cap, and the finished product is removed through the conveying line and the like. The filling metering is accurate and adjustable. The upper cover is made up of vibrating screen and robot. The machine is set to 12 stations. The whole machine operates without bottle and no filling. The whole machine runs smoothly and reliably.

All the contact materials and some related parts of the whole machine are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel. The quick-change device is needed for the cleaning parts, which is convenient for washing and unloading. When some materials need heating insulation, a heating thermostat can be installed outside the barrel. Anyone who uses plastic bottles and glass bottles as packaging materials can use this machine with confidence.
