1.Overview and use

Glass and plastic bottle filling and capping machines are mainly used for the principle of primary transmission. The indexing mechanism is used to drive the turntable equipped with the clamp for intermittent movement, and complete a series of functions such as automatic filling and automatic bottle loading, automatic plugging, automatic upper cover, screw cap, and finished product exit. The filling metering is accurately adjustable, and the top cover of the upper bottle is completed by using the vibrating screen and the robot. The machine is set to 12 stations, and the whole machine operates without bottle filling, and the cover is automatically alarmed and stopped. The whole machine runs smoothly and reliably.

All contact materials and some related parts of the whole machine are made of high- quality stainless steel, and the quick-change device is needed for the cleaning parts, which is convenient for washing and unloading. When some materials need heating insulation, a heating thermostat can be installed outside the barrel. Anyone who uses plastic tubes and composite tubes as packaging materials can use this machine with confidence.
