Performance and characteristics

This series of machines is designed for the automatic packaging of liquids, sticky materials and other three pairs of roller packaging machinery. The machine can realize three sides sealing or four sides sealing. The machine adopts advanced industrial computer control system. Through “man-machine dialogue”, it can easily and accurately realize the adjustment and change of the size of bag making to large increase or decrease and packaging speed. The LCD touch screen can complete most of the functions. Chinese hints make the operation of various settings simple and clear. The machine has a set of vertically sealed heating cylinders, a set of heat sealing rollers, and a set of cross sealed cold rollers. The seal adopts the roller way, the longitudinal seal pattern adopts the chessboard line with the leakproof line, the transverse seal pattern adopts the chessboard line with the leak proof line or the flat seal with the leakproof line, the defendant packing materials fall into the packing bag through the metering device. The metering device can be selected in a variety of ways, such as the magnetic pump for liquid packaging, the piston pump for the visco packaging and the sea bully pump, the rota pump for the stick packing and the continuous filling. One of the three ways to cut off is to use flat knives, saw teeth knives and point scribing knives. The machine is also equipped with easy tear open incision device for easy opening.
