Product Application
The filling capping machine is mainly used for filling non-carbonated beverages such as mineral water, Hand sanitizer, wine, alcohol, fruit juice.
This Hand sanitizer filling machine is most suitable for plastic PET bottles, which can be easily adjusted to fill bottles of various shapes and volumes,
The machine combines washing unit, filling unit and capping unit into one, which can automatically complete washing, filling and capping.
1. Feed the bottles into the washing machine in sequence through the conveyor, then turn the bottles over and clean them inside through the nozzles.
2. After online drip irrigation, the bottle will be automatically fed into the filling machine to fill the liquid quantitatively at high speed.
3. The filled bottle will be capped by the automatic capping machine and then transported to the labeling and packaging process;
